DOCTORnow is committed to maintain the trust and confidence of visitors to our website. When someone visits the DOCTORnow Website we use a third-party service, ZEST Digital Marketing Agency who use Google Analytics to collect standard data and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out information, such as numbers of visitors and how they navigate around our site. This information is collected in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

What is a cookie?

Telephone Data

Our telephone service on the website is provided by a third party Invoco Telecom which uses a virtual telephone service to allow us to monitor calls to our DOCTORnow telephone number. This telephone data is then collected by Zest and provided to DOCTORnow. By using the service, you provide consent to DOCTORnow to allow us to hold your telephone number for no longer than is necessary, in light of the reason it was first provided.

Website Contact Form

When you contact DOCTORnow via the “Contact Us” web form, the data you provide will be used to answer your enquiry. We hold this data to enable us to monitor requests and responses from the website. Your information is held for no longer than is necessary to deal with the reason you originally contacted us.
