Video consultations are designed to offer easy access to a doctor when attending the surgery is difficult. This continues to be a particularly valuable and well utilised service during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

Our Video (and telephone) consultation service is available to all patients during our surgery opening hours.

If you would like to request a video consultation, patients will need to contact the surgery. We will confirm an appointment time and send a confirmation email which will include a link to our online consultation software, a unique patient code for your appointment and instructions for use.
