You can become a Member by signing up to one of our Membership Plans which bring many benefits and are the most affordable way for those who wish to access our services long term. Membership encourages the development of a well-informed medical relationship with our clinical team and essentially the re-invention of a traditional family GP surgery.
We offer both Individual and Family Memberships. Please note that Family Memberships are only available for the VIP & VIP24 Membership Plans. All of our Membership Plans include free administration services, a free annual flu vaccination as well as discounts on our medicals and health screenings and some medical procedures.
Membership may not be suitable for everyone. For those patients who wish to book a one off appointment or tend to see a GP infrequently, a pay-as-you-go option is also available.

The VIPi Membership Plan is designed for patients with private medical insurance that covers the cost of private GP and Nurse consultations.
VIP Membership Plan
Our VIP Membership Plan entitles its members to priority access to free surgery, video and telephone consultations during our opening hours, Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am – 4pm. VIP members are entitled to request Home visits* during surgery hours, if required. The VIP Membership Plan also entitles patients to a 15% discount on all medicals and a 10% discount on most medical procedures (not including blood tests). Free administrative support and a free Flu vaccination** each year are also covered by the VIP Membership Plan.

VIP24 Membership Plan
In addition to the VIP benefits, the VIP24 Membership Plan enables its members to call a Doctor at any time outside surgery hours, 24 hours a day/365 days a year. The out-of-hours telephone number can be used to seek urgent medical advice if you are unwell when our surgery is closed and to request home visits or out-of-hours in-surgery consultations (discounted additional fees apply). This Membership Plan is only available to patients within our catchment area.
VIP24+ Membership Plan
This Membership Plan is best suited to patients who are predominantly housebound. In addition to the VIP24 benefits, the VIP24+ Membership Plan entitles patients to 4 free GP home visits a year and free monthly health monitoring visits from one of our Nurses. Further visits can be requested at a discounted rate. This Membership Plan is only available to patients within our catchment area.
The VIPi Membership Plan is designed for patients who have private medical insurance that covers the cost of Private GP and Nurse consultations. With access to our out-of-hours telephone number, VIPi members are entitled to free telephone consultations and administrative support including prescriptions (medication charges apply). Services are charged on the day at non-member rates which are later reimbursed to you by your insurance company. Home visits are only available to qualifying members who live within our catchment area.
