We understand the importance of timely access to prescriptions and medications for maintaining your health and well-being, and Doctor Now offers a prescription and medication service designed with your convenience in mind.

Prescribed medications play a crucial role in managing patients’ health and well-being. In addition, repeat prescriptions are provided for medications that patients need to take regularly over an extended period. These are often requested by patients once their initial prescription runs out. Our GP’s will carefully monitor and review patients and associated medications to ensure their effectiveness for the patient’s health and diagnosis. In addition, regular medication reviews and consultations with patients are conducted to assess treatment efficacy, adjust dosages if necessary, and address any questions or concerns. This comprehensive approach ensures that patients receive optimal care and support for their medical conditions.

As a private GP service, Doctor Now’s can only issue private prescriptions. We cannot issue NHS prescriptions. With private prescriptions you pay for the cost of the medication instead of the NHS prescription fee. On occasion, the cost of the medication will be lower than an NHS prescription fee; however, costs will be higher for other medications. All pharmacies will fulfil private prescriptions; however, costs may vary between pharmacies. We offer these services in the Beaconsfield Clinic.
